Occupational TherapistProvide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referralsDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plansDocument services accurately and timelySupervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and familiesMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
