WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A SHIFT MANAGER:

• Work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations
• Serve our World-Famous menu while providing amazing customer service.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Keep Restaurant Clean.

The Wendy’s Story
First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person. And a pretty special one, being the daughter of our founder Dave Thomas.
