IT Service Desk Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a IT Service Desk Analyst job with a client in Erie, PA. Must hold an Associate degree in related discipline to be considered. Will serve as the frontline of IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for end-users. Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure business productivity.

Rate Range: $17/hr. to $18/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

IT Service Desk Analyst responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support in their state-of-the-art call center.
• Technical support will include troubleshooting hardware, OEM software, and proprietary client software.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users reporting technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Investigate hardware, software, and network connectivity problems. Guide users through step-by-step solutions or fix issues remotely.
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
• Set up, configure, and install new hardware and software for employees.
• Accurately document incident details, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier IT support teams

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related discipline is required.
• Minimum Two years related experience.
• Must have experience working in customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills required.
