Walker White Mechanical Is Hiring: Entry-Level Mechanical Apprentices

Walker White Mechanical, a trusted leader in HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication in the Greater Columbia, SC area, is now accepting applications for our 2026 Entry-Level Apprenticeship Program . This four-year paid apprenticeship provides hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training in Sheet Metal, Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Pipefitting , setting you up for a long-term, rewarding career in the skilled trades.

What You’ll Learn & Do
- Assist journeymen and experienced professionals on HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow all job-site safety standards and protocols
- Build the technical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills needed for a successful career over the next four years
