Technology Consultant - Health Resources Services Administration page is loaded## Technology Consultant - Health Resources Services Administrationlocations: US - VA, McLean: US - Remote (Any location)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 38224**Job Family:**Technology Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Play a key role in implementation of key federal health programs* Build training and communications content for use by call center agents and other stakeholders* Advise clients and internal stakeholders on impacts of business requirements* Participate in requirements elicitation and elaboration meetings to further enhance technology requirements* Develop innovative new capabilities to meet business requirements utilizing industry best practices* Contribute to business development opportunities including proposals, white papers, prototypes, and capture activities**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor's Degree* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.* Minimum 3 (THREE) years of professional work experience* Experience working with federal health agencies, especially Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN* Experience developing training plans, standard operating procedures, and communications for technology products* Ability to translate implemented technology requirements into trainings* Preference will be given to candidate's located within the DC Metropolitan area.**What Would be Nice to Have:*** Strong executive presence and communication skills* Subject matter knowledge of federal health policy, technology environments, patient safety, and/or operating large contact centersThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
