Requirements:- Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roof
- Excellent technical abilities
- Valley repair
- Ridge repair
- Chimney flashing
- Fascia repair
- Pipe flashings
- Siding
- On roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position)
- Construction background
- EPDM, TPC, other Flat Roof
- Metal work
- Minor carpentry work
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers
- Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently
- Be able to work early mornings and late evenings
