???? What You'll Be BuildingAs a Mechanical Assembler , you will be responsible for assembling low and medium voltage electrical switchgear cabinets used in the manufacturing of electrical power distribution products.
This is not a repetitive assembly line position. You'll work from blueprints and work orders, gather materials, assemble products, and ensure every unit meets quality standards.
???? Key ResponsibilitiesYour Daily Duties Will Include:✅ Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and elevation drawings
✅ Reviewing blueprints and work orders to determine assembly requirements
✅ Gathering necessary materials, hardware, and components
✅ Constructing modular steel cabinets
✅ Building copper buss assemblies
✅ Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies
✅ Following work instructions and manufacturing specifications
✅ Performing basic inspections to ensure product quality
✅ Maintaining a safe and organized work area
✅ Working closely with team members to meet production goals

???? Technical Skills RequiredSuccessful candidates must be comfortable working with technical drawings and measurements.
Required Skills:✔ Ability to interpret assembly and elevation drawings
✔ Knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics
✔ Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
✔ Understanding of fractions and decimals
✔ Ability to perform basic math calculations
✔ Experience using hand tools and shop equipment
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
✅ QualificationsWe're Looking For Candidates With:???? Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following:
- Mechanical Assembly
- Machine Building
- Automotive Mechanics
- Related Manufacturing or Industrial Assembly Roles
???? Experience working in a job-shop or custom-build manufacturing environment
???? Ability to work independently from blueprints and work instructions
???? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
???? Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
???? Education???? High School Diploma or Technical School education preferred, but not required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
