Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patients in their homes. Working under the direction of an occupational therapist, you will help individuals practice daily-living activities, build functional skills, and remain safe and independent where they live. You’ll observe and communicate patient progress, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams, and contribute to individualized care plans.
