Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to generate leads and bring in new business. No experience is required - we train the right people!
In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess their home service requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.
This is a high-income opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in a competitive environment, enjoy working face-to-face with customers, and are driven by performance-based earnings and career growth .
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently
Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and competitive attitude
Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way
Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales or in a customer-facing role
Familiarity with the roofing industry
