Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment. Proven experience in managing large‑scale projects with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Nice to have Experience in the technology sector, particularly in software development or IT services. Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting in project contexts. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations. Understanding of data analytics and its application in project management.
