What You'll Do:

• Utilize evidence-based practices to support patient care and rehabilitation
• Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Support patients with cognitive and/or physical function disorders
• Document all clinical procedures and patient progress in electronic records
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families
• Support the supervising Occupational Therapist with treatment adjustments and discharge planning
• Support and supervise students as directed

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• 1+ year experience preferred, especially in long-term care settings
• Knowledge of rehabilitative procedures and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care
