Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Worker (Refrigerated Warehouse)

Location: Stow
Schedule:  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Overview:
We’re seeking reliable Shipping/Receiving Workers for a vital role in a refrigerated warehouse, helping load dairy products onto delivery trucks. Training is provided, and you’ll gain valuable experience with opportunities for permanent hire!

Key Responsibilities:

• Load dairy products onto delivery trucks in a refrigerated environment
• Correctly identify products and quantities when pulling outgoing orders
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for inventory
• Unload empty milk crates and boxes from returning trucks
• Operate motorized pallet jacks and forklifts (certification/training provided)
• Load daily route trucks quickly and accurately
• Double-check trucks after loading to ensure order accuracy
• Keep warehouse clean: sweep floors, empty trash, and help with deeper cleaning as scheduled
• Assist the morning receiving crew as needed

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work in extreme cold (refrigerated area; appropriate gear recommended)
• Physically able to use a dolly with 250 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be able to kneel, climb, twist, push, pull, bend, balance, and stoop daily
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience a plus, but not required—training provided!
