Senior Business Systems AnalystData Intelligence, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support one of our federal law enforcement clients. This role serves as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring program objectives are translated into effective technology solutions that support enterprise data integration and modernization initiatives.The Senior Business Systems Analyst will facilitate collaboration across the program office, technical teams, and external stakeholders while supporting strategic planning, business process improvement, requirements management, outreach initiatives, and program execution. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with experience supporting complex federal IT programs in a collaborative Agile environment. This position may be performed remotely or onsite in Clarksburg, West Virginia.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between the program office, technical teams, and internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives and IT initiatives.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and project outcomes.Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for technical development teams.Conduct research and technical analysis to support program initiatives, decision-making, and strategic planning.Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational workflows, and system functionality through technology solutions.Validate system functionality by participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.Align business processes with technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and mission performance.Support the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of program initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and requirements, and program governance.Operate within the FBI CJIS Division's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and actively participate in Agile Release Train (ART) activities.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.Required ExperienceBusiness systems analysis supporting complex IT programs or enterprise technology initiatives.Gathering, documenting, analyzing, and managing business and functional requirements.Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.Presenting technical and program information to senior leadership and diverse internal and external stakeholders.Developing reports, executive briefings, dashboards, training materials, and program documentation.Supporting outreach initiatives, including strategy development, curriculum development, and technology-enabled outreach.Business process analysis, process improvement, and workflow optimization.User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and requirements traceability.Planning, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on program initiatives and project deliverables.Developing and maintaining: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Business process documentationProcess workflowsProgram documentationSupporting enterprise IT programs within Agile project environments.Required SkillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication environment.Strong understanding of both business operations and information technology.Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.Experience working within IT program and project environments.Proficiency using project tracking, reporting, collaboration, and content management tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal law enforcement or criminal justice information systems.Familiarity with FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) environments.Experience supporting enterprise IT modernization, system implementation, or data integration initiatives.Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations and technical disciplines.Strong leadership, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.Experience working
