Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert cardiovascular perioperative nursing care throughout all phases of CVOR procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient condition, administer prescribed interventions, and document all care meticulously
• Prepare and maintain the CVOR environment, equipment, and supplies
• Educate patients and their families, providing compassionate support through the surgical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in CVOR nursing
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
