Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Family Medicine Physician providing comprehensive primary care services in a supportive and patient-centered environment. This role involves delivering continuous, evidence-based care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults, within a regional healthcare setting in the Pacific Northwest.
Job Summary
As a primary care provider, you will manage an assigned panel of patients, offering first-contact and ongoing care. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes and positive patient experiences. Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and policy development to enhance clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver family medicine services in both clinic and hospital settings.
- Engage in consultations with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to quality assurance through medical record audits and regulatory compliance.
- Submit professional service charges timely and provide agreed-upon charity care.
- Fulfill on-call duties as required by medical staff bylaws.
- Participate in community outreach and patient satisfaction efforts.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with legal and accreditation standards.
- Provide input on budget, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Support a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Education and Experience
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Licenses and Certifications
- Active and unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
- DEA certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities across a broad range of medical conditions.
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients.
