Post-Acute NP: Multi-Site Geriatric Care Leader

Vérité Health Collective is seeking a Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner to deliver multi-specialty on-site services in long-term care settings across disciplines including Optometry, Audiology, Dental, and Podiatry. The role requires adaptability, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a licensed Podiatrist. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in nursing, active NP licensure, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics.
