Remote Product Liability Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Remote Product Liability Attorney in Austin, TX. This role offers a reduced schedule of 1,400 hours annually and is a non-partnership track position. The attorney will manage cases with autonomy and provide legal services to clients in various industries, including AI, automotive, consumer products, and more. Duties Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy. Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery. Oversee document collection, review, and production. Conduct causation and/or failure analysis. Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings. Requirements 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation. Strong case management skills and team-oriented attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Active bar membership in the state of residence and a state with a firm office or eligibility to waive in. Willingness to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar membership. Skills Strong client service skills. Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
