Job Description

·                     Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, internal controls, and financial analysis

·                     Revise, improve, and standardize accounting processes to drive operational efficiency

·                     Partner with the leadership team to analyze production costs, material usage, purchasing, inventory, and operating variances

Key Requirements

·                     Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance

·                     Proven financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment

·                     Demonstrated expertise in improving and standardizing accounting processes
