We are not a large corporate or private-equity-owned practice.### **This Role Is Designed for Psychiatrists Who Want*** Full-time W-2 stability* 35 clinical hours + 5 protected administrative hours per week* Flexibility to structure the workweek across 4 or 5 days* Hybrid in person and telehealth schedule* Meaningful control over their schedule* Clinical autonomy and independent decision-making* Appropriate time with patients and families* Minimal administrative burden* No supervision of midlevel clinicians* A physician-led practice where your voice matters### **What Your Day-to-Day Practice Looks Like*** In-person outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry in Austin* 60 to 90 minute new patient evaluations* 30-minute follow-up visits* ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, autism-related concerns, other conditions seen in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry* Medication management and longitudinal psychiatric care* Collaboration with families, therapists, pediatricians, and schools when appropriate### **Flexibility & Clinical Autonomy**We believe full-time should not mean giving up control over how you practice.* Flexible scheduling within the needs of the practice* Ability to structure clinical and administrative time in a way that works well for you* Physicians make their own clinical decisions* Ample time to see patients for thorough assessment* Dedicated support for scheduling, intake, billing, insurance, and patient coordination* No required midlevel supervision* Opportunity to help shape a growing physician-led practice**Your role is to care for your patients and practice psychiatry.**### **Compensation & Benefits*** $275,000–$300,000 base salary, depending on experience* Productivity incentive* Employer-paid malpractice coverage* Health insurance contribution* 20 days paid time off* Paid clinic holidays* CME days* $2,000 annual CME allowance* Credentialing and onboarding support### **What We’re Looking For*** MD or DO* Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship trained or currently completing fellowship* Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry* Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one* DEA registration or eligibility* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills* Commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, family-centered careExperienced psychiatrists and graduating Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellows are encouraged to apply.If you want to practice child psychiatry in an independent, physician-led environment where families come first, physicians are respected for their training, and flexibility is part of the culture, we’d like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
