Receptionist- Part Time

We're looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team in Tampa, FL! Position Overview: As the first point of contact for Brothers, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for our customers, visitors, vendors, and employees. This role keeps the front office running smoothly, supports day-to-day office operations, and helps create an organized, safe, and welcoming workplace. The Day to Day: Greets customers, clients, visitors and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Answers phone calls/emails and transfers to appropriate contacts in a professional and courteous manner. Manages office supply inventory and places orders. Sorts /delivers incoming mail and packages. Prepares shipping labels and coordinates shipping packages as needed. Keepkitchens clean, organized, and stocked. Assists with organizing office lunches and events. Helpensure a safe working environment for all employees. What You'll Bring to Brothers: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Customer service experience, preferably in an office environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to effectively multitask and handle simultaneous activities Ability to stay organized and be resourceful Customerservice orientation and willingness to help Fast and eager learner About Brothers International Food: Brothers International brings the world's best fruit to its customers.
