Como Estilista de Spa & Salón, serás responsable de ofrecer experiencias excepcionales a nuestros huéspedes a través de servicios de belleza personalizados, manteniendo los más altos estándares de calidad, higiene y profesionalismo. Tu atención al detalle, conocimiento técnico y enfoque en el bienestar contribuirán a crear una experiencia memorable y alineada con los estándares de lujo de la marca. Experiencia previa en Spa de lujo, salón o industria hotelera (mínimo 1-2 años preferente). Conocimientos técnicos en estilismo, cuidado capilar, manicure y pedicure. Inglés intermedio/avanzado (capaz de brindar servicio al huésped internacional). Excelente presentación, actitud de servicio y habilidades de comunicación. Orientación a resultados y habilidades de venta ( retail y servicios). Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico. Certificaciones en cosmetología, estilismo o áreas afines (deseable). Operación y Servicio al Huésped Proporcionar servicios de estilismo, peinado, manicure y pedicure conforme a los estándares establecidos del Spa & Salón. Asegurar una experiencia personalizada, demostrando empatía, profesionalismo y atención al detalle en cada interacción. Realizar consultas previas a cada servicio, identificando necesidades, preferencias y contraindicaciones. Garantizar que todas las áreas de tratamiento estén limpias, ordenadas y preparadas antes y después de cada servicio. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el equipo y reportar comentarios o quejas de huéspedes de manera oportuna. Ejecutar todos los servicios de acuerdo con los protocolos, estándares de marca y procedimientos establecidos. Utilizar correctamente los productos, respetando cantidades y lineamientos del fabricante. Mantener el equipo, herramientas y áreas de trabajo en óptimas condiciones de higiene y funcionamiento. Completar checklists de apertura y cierre, reportando cualquier incidencia de mantenimiento o inventario. Apoyar en la operación general del Spa, incluyendo vestidores y áreas comunes cuando sea requerido. Ventas y Retail Promover activamente los productos y servicios del Spa, recomendando rutinas de cuidado posterior a cada huésped. Fomentar la recompra y la lealtad del cliente mediante recomendaciones personalizadas y venta cruzada. Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de tratamientos, productos, promociones y experiencias del Spa. Participar en eventos, demostraciones y activaciones comerciales del Spa. Cumplimiento y Seguridad Cumplir con los estándares de higiene, salud y seguridad establecidos. Conocer y aplicar contraindicaciones de tratamientos y productos.
