Job Title: Clerkship Program Coordinator 2 Location: MCG-Marietta Expansion Clinic Job ID: 294325 Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job Summary This position assists the Campus Associate Dean in the ongoing development and management of the Wellstar regional clinical campus, focusing on regional campus student recruitment, student support services, faculty recruitment, appointments, and development activities. Responsibilities Maintain databases of the regional campus, track student assignment and grades in the Banner System. Create, coordinate, and maintain timelines for projects, running concurrent projects in multiple sites. Develop spreadsheets for regional campus information and maintain a matrix of community teaching sites. Plan regional campus events such as bus tours, campus visits, and community outreach. Act as liaison for SW Campus Deans to increase MCG SW regional brand awareness and collaborate with institutions to further MCG's mission. Coordinate LIC curriculum, including academic half days, D2L content, student assignments, and grades for comparability in curriculum. Develop, update, and reproduce community faculty development notebooks, including complex maps for campus development and preceptor sites. Create quarterly newsletters and other regularly scheduled communications for community faculty. Maintain appointment calendar and files for Campus Deans of the SW campus. Develop itineraries for travel and coordinate learning sessions for students (CBL, PCL, etc.) and faculty (annual Jekyll Island faculty development workshops). Arrange meetings around campus and state as needed. Travel to regional dean meetings and clinical sites when necessary to provide administrative support to deans, faculty, and students. Manage follow‑up for faculty appointments locally. Under the Associate Dean for Evaluation, CQI, and Accreditation, maintain year‑3 availability tracking and One45 schedule, communicating with the curriculum office for registration and capacity spreadsheet. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of professional/administrative experience, including at least 2 years of educational program experience. OR Associate’s degree and 7 years of professional/administrative experience, including at least 4 years of educational program experience. OR High school diploma/GED and 10 years of professional/administrative experience, including at least 6 years of educational program experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality. Detail‑oriented. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases. Shift / Salary / Benefits Shift: Days, Monday‑Friday Pay Band: 8 Salary: Minimum $21.83/hr – $25.26/hr, commensurate with qualifications within the established range.
