Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour

Pre-Employment Requirement: Active DoD Secret Clearance (C103)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a professional location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Answer phones, assist with directions, manage visitor sign-in processes, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access questions.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete required logs, reports, and front desk records, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
