McCollum Family Vineyard
Part-Time | Seasonal | Starting Summer 2026

McCollum Family Vineyard, a new brand from CJ & Elise McCollum, is launching seasonal vineyard tastings at our estate vineyard this summer, and we are looking for foundational members for our hospitality team to help us build this experience from the ground up!

This position is more than a traditional tasting room role: we are looking for someone who is excited by hospitality, storytelling, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences in a beautiful outdoor vineyard setting. The right person will bring warmth, initiative, creativity, and a collaborative spirit as we grow this new chapter of McCollum Family Vineyard together.

Our tastings will be hosted by reservation, with walk-ins always welcomed as space allows. This is a hands-on role in a small-team environment where flexibility, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality are essential.

Position Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests for vineyard tastings
- Guide guests through wine experiences with warmth and enthusiasm
- Educate guests about McCollum Family Vineyard wines, story, and philosophy
- Sell wine and wine club memberships
- Assist with reservation management and guest communication
- Support private events and special vineyard experiences
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tasting and service areas
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily operational needs
- Help shape and improve the guest experience as the program grows
- Contribute ideas, creativity, and energy to the development of our hospitality
program

Qualifications
- Hospitality, restaurant, tasting room, or customer service experience
- Passion for wine, food, hospitality, and guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or with a small team
- Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- OLCC permit and food handlers card (or willingness to obtain)

- Part-time seasonal position with the potential to grow into a year-round hybrid role
with additional responsibilities based on business needs.
