Business Development Assistant

Supporting a growing sales team, the part-time Business Development Assistant will manage administrative tasks, coordinate outreach initiatives, and maintain organized records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate the sales cycle by organizing records, scheduling meetings, and serving as a point of contact for clients Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and RFP responses, and support outbound prospecting efforts Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management and maintaining templates and guides Required qualifications 1-3 years of professional experience in administration, customer service, business development, or account management Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM, with strong organizational skills Experience in scheduling and calendar management Familiarity with Google Workspace Ability to manage both short and long-term goals effectively
