The role includes providing behavioral health treatment for a wide variety of psychiatric disorders and collaborating with other professionals to optimize patient care. Position Details

Requirements
• Completion of a Psychiatric Residency or Family Medicine/Psychiatry Residency in an ACGME-approved program
• Valid NY State medical license (MD or DO)
• Valid NY DEA certificate
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years full-time experience in child/adult psychiatry
• Willingness to work with children is a plus
• Board of Psychiatry certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior listening ability and emotional intelligence
• Expert diagnostic skills
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
