Bluebonnet Reserve in Baton Rouge seeks a polished and professional Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all property operations including: resident relations, event planning, vendor management & collections
  • Help generate traffic through various marketing efforts
  • Schedule prospective resident appointments
  • Provide community tours
  • Perform various other responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in sales, leasing, networking and/or outreach marketing
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Onesite experience is a plus
  • Polished and professional demeanor
