Job Summary:

Assist in surgical procedures by providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations. Responsible for managing schedules, coordinating profiles, and supporting the surgical team during work hours.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule surgical staff and support personnel for procedures.
• Scrub general surgical cases and prepare profiles for review.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding procedural needs and scheduling.
• Monitor and support overnights and weekend shifts as required.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the surgical environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in surgical support or related healthcare roles.
• Ability to scrub general surgical cases and send profiles for review.
• Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and weekdays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and safety protocols.
• Credentialing or certification in surgical technology preferred.
