We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Berlin, CT . This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work, safety, and keeping equipment performing at its best.

In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the operation—performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting repairs, and helping identify ways to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Position Details

• Location: Berlin, CT
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: $52,000–$73,000/year, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, fluid levels, water flows, filters, quench oils, and related systems
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and assist with corrective repairs
• Support equipment performance testing and maintenance procedures
• Document completed maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, supplies, and replacement parts organized
• Review equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Identify equipment concerns and recommend improvements to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Assist with facility maintenance and operational needs as required

What You Bring

• Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documents
• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety

Additional Requirements

• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Able to lift, bend, pull, stoop, and perform physically demanding maintenance tasks
• Able to safely operate company vehicles when needed
