Accounting Systems Analyst

We’re seeking an Accounting Systems Analyst with strong accounting (AP-focused) and ERP experience to support a growing SaaS platform in the Omaha, NE area!

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Location: Omaha, NE (Full-time, onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Train customers and internal teams on accounting workflows and system usage
• Act as the accounting SME , translating business needs into system processes
• Support ERP integrations (Sage, Trimble, etc.) and data mapping
• Guide customers on AP workflows, invoicing, and financial processes
• Create documentation and best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience with AP, AR, GL (AP focus preferred)
• Hands-on ERP/accounting systems experience
• Strong communication and training skills
• Accounting degree or equivalent experience
• Construction or electrical industry experience is a plus
