Water Filtration Installer

Lickety Split is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Water Filtration Installer to join our Jacksonville team. In this role, you will install, service, and maintain residential water filtration and treatment systems while delivering the high level of service our customers expect. Responsibilities Install and service residential water filtration, water softening, and reverse osmosis systems Assess water conditions and recommend appropriate filtration solutions Connect systems to existing plumbing and ensure proper operation Test water flow, pressure, and system performance after installation Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs as needed Educate customers on system operation and basic maintenance Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicle Complete job documentation accurately and on time Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local plumbing codes Qualifications Experience in plumbing, water filtration, or residential service installation Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Basic understanding of plumbing systems and water pressure Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Plus Experience Experience with reverse osmosis, water softeners, or whole-home filtration systems Residential service or in-home installation experience Basic understanding of water quality concerns (hard water, sediment, chlorine, etc.) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
