What You Bring
Entry?level automotive or quick?lube experience (domestic or Ford is a plus)
Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast?paced shop setting
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Minimum age: 18
High school diploma or GED required
Your Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services
Conduct multi?point vehicle inspections
Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Document services performed clearly and correctly
Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors
Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed
