Quality Technician

Quality TechnicianTMCO is seeking a full-time Quality Technician to support our machining operations. This role is responsible for inspecting machined parts, supporting production through accurate and timely inspections, and assisting with CMM programming. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining quality or a strong machining background with the ability to interpret complex prints.Qualifications and Experience2+ years of experience in machining, inspection, or a related manufacturing environmentStrong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T and complex part interpretationExperience using precision measuring instrumentsFamiliarity with CMM operation and/or programming (PC-DMIS preferred)Ability to understand tight tolerances and machined part requirementsBasic computer and data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityKey ResponsibilitiesPerform first piece, in-process, and final inspections on machined partsSupport and/or develop CMM programs for complex partsComplete first article inspections (PPAP, AS9102)Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specificationsMaintain quality records and inspection reportsPerform gage control and calibration activitiesVerify quality of sub-contracted machining processesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentOther duties as assignedBenefitsPaid holidaysVacationHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans401k retirement plan with company matchMonday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm
