Hartville Hardware is hiring a Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse organized, accurate, and running smoothly. If you like hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things right - this is a great fit.

What you'll do

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy and damage
• Report shortages, overages, or damaged items promptly
• Organize and stock inventory in the correct warehouse locations
• Label and store merchandise accurately
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout every shift
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Support overall warehouse flow so product is ready when the store needs it

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
• Dependable and able to work well with a team
• Ability to work safely and follow warehouse procedures
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred - but we will train the right person.
