Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our established pediatric therapy team in Fayetteville. We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and are committed to providing high-quality therapy services in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and supportive administrative staff. We are hiring for full-time. This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required. Provide high-quality pediatric speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP Assist with therapy activities and patient support during sessions Document patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising therapists and families Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program Active North Carolina SLPA license, registration, or eligibility, as applicable Passion for working with pediatric clients Strong communication skills Strong documentation skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Benefits Competitive pay Flexibility in schedule Health insurance Established referral base Collaborative team environment Long-standing, reputable practice In-office setting with no travel required Paid Time Off
