Workplace Experience Ambassador This role serves as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact within the Bellevue, WA campuses, ensuring a positive, engaging, and well‑organized workplace environment for employees and visitors. The Workplace Experience Ambassador provides exceptional customer service, oversees front desk and reception operations, supports facilities and workplace services, and fosters a strong sense of community and collaboration. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors by responding to inquiries, offering information, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Manage front desk and reception operations, including greeting visitors, managing access control, coordinating visitor registration, answering phone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages as needed. Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure facilities, common areas, and amenities are clean, orderly, and fully functional. Enter and manage service tickets for facilities and workplace issues, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services, and validate that work is completed to required standards. Assist employees with workplace‑related needs such as room bookings, equipment requests, and coordination with IT support, acting as a resource for workplace policies, procedures, and available resources. Support the planning and execution of workplace events, meetings, and activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and audiovisual setup. Maintain and manage workplace amenities such as break rooms, lounges, wellness rooms, and collaborative spaces, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Disseminate workplace‑related announcements, information, and updates through communication channels such as email, newsletters, and digital signage. Promote and uphold workplace health and safety protocols by encouraging proper use of equipment, adherence to emergency procedures, and prompt reporting of incidents or hazards. Help build a sense of community and engagement by organizing or supporting social activities, team‑building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives. Educate employees on workplace policies, procedures, and guidelines, and support compliance with workplace rules, regulations, and standards. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement, and cost savings within the workplace and share recommendations to optimize the overall workplace experience. Support both the Key Center and Lincoln Square campuses in Bellevue, ensuring consistent workplace standards and service levels across locations. Participate in a structured training plan with peers upon hiring to quickly learn systems, processes, and expectations. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent education. Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a corporate or commercial real estate environment. Strong administrative experience supporting facilities or workplace operations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with a wide range of individuals. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through digital channels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort with workplace technology tools, equipment, and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Ability to coordinate vendors and validate completion and quality of facilities‑related work. Ability to perform basic office and reception functions, including managing calls, messages, and visitor registration. Sound judgment and reliability in upholding workplace policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Additional certification or coursework in customer service, business, or a related field is a plus. Professional and approachable demeanor, with the ability to represent the workplace positively and confidently. Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands and schedules, including occasional weekends or evenings for special events or special support needs. Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and security protocols and best practices. Basic knowledge of office equipment operations and common administrative tasks. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to address and resolve workplace‑related issues effectively. Passion for fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and morale. Experience in facility management or facilities operations is highly beneficial. Comfort working in a corporate campus environment and collaborating with cross‑functional workplace and communications teams. Work Environment This role is based on‑site in Bellevue, Washington, supporting both the Key Center and Lincoln Square campuses. Core business hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required for special events or additional support needs. The workplace offers free parking in a nearby garage with validation. You will work in a modern corporate office environment that includes reception areas, meeting rooms, break rooms, lounges, wellness rooms, and collaborative spaces. The role is hands‑on and people‑focused, involving frequent interaction with employees, visitors, vendors, and workplace teams. You will use standard office equipment, workplace technology tools, and communication platforms to manage reception, coordinate events, and support facilities operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
