We’re looking for high-energy photographers who can shoot efficiently, direct confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Compensation (Where This Stands Out) Hourly + bonuses + tips Top photographers regularly earn: Substantial bonuses per pay period Additional tips from guests The more you produce and perform, the more you make—no ceiling during peak season What You’ll Actually Do Photograph individuals, couples, and large groups (fast turnover) Direct posing quickly and confidently (this is HUGE) Capture high-selling images (you’re shooting to SELL, not just shoot) Work across multiple themed sets (Western, Victorian, 1920s, etc.) Maintain consistent lighting, composition, and pacing under pressure You’ll often be working with multiple groups at once. Efficiency matters.
