Job Description Plant Health Care Specialist Specialists will have the opportunity to treat and protect our communities trees through a number of treatment options. These treatments will positively impact our community by continuously creating a healthy tree community and preserving our beloved environment. Expectations include: Provide/maintain a professional level of communication with clients and staff. Provide/maintain professional image with clientele. Utilization of LMN which is our sole IT format with day-to-day operations. On the job training. 8‑hour days or more or as needed (seasonal). Contribute to a profitable plant health care division. Continue to grow and provide customer service to the plant health care division. Benefits include: Annual compensation. Full time hourly. Starting wage dependent on experience. Very light to no weekend expectations. Winter layoff avoided by shifting to general tree care or assisting with snow removal efforts. Cross training to other service lines.
