Associate Director of Strategy

To support a growing strategy practice, the full-time Associate Director of Strategy will lead significant strategy workstreams, develop actionable recommendations, and build trusted relationships with clients in a hybrid work environment across Chicago and New York. Key responsibilities Bring clarity to complex client challenges by translating research and data into strategic implications and recommendations Lead strategy workstreams independently, ensuring organization and focus while managing risks and open questions Shape clear strategic deliverables that connect insights to creative outcomes, including brand identity and messaging Required qualifications A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with 6-9 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a related discipline Experience in developing insights and strategic recommendations, including client-ready deliverables Proficiency in foundational strategy tools and methods, including qualitative and quantitative research Ability to manage significant workstreams and collaborate across disciplines Strong writing and presentation skills, with comfort in navigating ambiguity across various clients and categories
