Overview Full Time Teller – Marlboro, NJ, United States of America Responsibilities Engage with customers to assist with various financial needs and process transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, minimize wait times, and welcome customers. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and handle cash while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances. Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk management protocols to prevent fraud. Recognize opportunities to cross‑sell bank products and educate customers on digital tools and self‑service options. Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment. Support nearby branch locations as needed based on business necessity. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. 6+ months cash handling experience. 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping others. Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns to appropriate channels. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Effective listening and communication skills. Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement. Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Understanding of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Preferred Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Pay Range Base Salary: $30,000 – $47,000 per year (annualized for a 40‑hour work week).
