Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Louisiana special education teacher license required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students’ individual needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Coordinate with general education staff and related service providers
• Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with students and families

• Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
