DMF Lighting is a fast-growing leader in the lighting industry, always hard at work engineering what comes next.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager that will play a critical role in supporting our sales organization by optimizing processes, tools, and data management. This individual will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Accounting, Business Systems, and Customer Support to ensure the sales team has the structure, insights, and resources needed to achieve revenue goals. 

Pay range is $85,000-$130,000 (based on skills/knowledge/experience).

Location: Carson, CA (onsite)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of sales processes, tools, and reporting systems. 
• Implement and manage a CRM ensuring data integrity, adoption, and optimization across the sales organization. 
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. 
• Generate, monitor, and analyze key sales and marketing KPIs to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. 
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and lead management with sales activities. 
• Support compensation planning, including quota setting, tracking, and quarterly incentive processing. 
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new product launches, pricing updates, and channel programs. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for the sales team, providing training and resources to drive compliance and performance. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related function (lighting, electrical, or building products industry a plus). 
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (Oracle familiarity a plus). 
• Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings to leadership. 
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally. 
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
