What You’ll Do Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter” Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture What We’re Looking For We’re looking for outgoing, hardworking, and responsible individuals who: Enjoy working with people and creating great customer experiences Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift Are dependable and committed to being part of a team Can thrive in a fast-paced environment Take pride in their work and the quality of food they serve Are eager to learn and grow their skills Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn! Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable Why Join Jersey Mike’s?
