You will work closely with technicians, managers, customers, and leadership teams to help keep day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and being a key part of a growing team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers over the phoneAnswer incoming calls and help guide customers through service needs and next stepsCoordinate scheduling and dispatch support for field teams and service appointmentsBuild incoming jobs in operational systems with accurate and timely informationMaintain clear and organized job documentation, electronic notes, and customer recordsCommunicate updates with customers, technicians, and leadership regarding job status and scheduling changesAssist with accounts receivable follow-up and customer payment communicationHelp maintain organized office systems, processes, and operational workflowsSupport team members with administrative and operational needs throughout the dayMaintain professionalism and empathy when assisting customers during stressful situationsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and help support office organizationPerform additional duties and projects as assignedRequirements & SkillsAbility to multi-task and operate efficiently in multiple systems simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication skills — in person, over the phone, and writtenPositive attitude with strong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative without waiting for directionAbility to work independently while also thriving in a team environmentComfortable in a fast-paced office setting with changing prioritiesEagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration IndustryExperience in the restoration, construction, service, or home services industry preferredExperience with systems such as SmartQ, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, MICA, Symbility, or NextGear preferred but not requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systemsValid Driver’s License with a clean driving record preferredWhy Join Rainbow Restoration?At Rainbow Restoration, we believe in investing in our employees and creating long-term career opportunities.
