This is not an entry-level opportunity — we’re looking for someone who understands the title and registration process, knows how to stay ahead of deadlines, and takes pride in getting the details right. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Processing titles, registrations, and related DMV paperwork for new and used vehicles Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted properly Processing lien releases, payoffs, and title corrections Tracking outstanding titles and following up to keep everything moving Maintaining accurate and organized title records Working closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management Resolving title and registration issues quickly and efficiently Staying current on Connecticut DMV requirements and procedures

Job Requirement:WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Automotive dealership title experience is REQUIRED Strong knowledge of Connecticut title and registration procedures Exceptional attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Professional communication and customer service skills Dependable, accountable, and comfortable working independently Dealership software experience is a plus WHY MARITIME CHEVROLET?
