What You'll Do

• Lead the sterile processing department activities to meet patient care demands
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment distribution for OR and sterile processing units
• Oversee inventory transactions ensuring optimal levels and cost efficiency
• Train, develop, and motivate team members to meet performance standards
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to healthcare and safety standards
• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure sterile supplies and equipment are prepared and available
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and process activities
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining sterilization equipment

What You Need
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience working with and leading sterile processing teams
• Basic computer proficiency and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Certification as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST
• 2+ years of sterile processing or surgical tech experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital setting
