Project Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Compensation: DOE Location: On-site About the Position Grafik Apparel is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Project Coordinator. This position combines customer service, order management, project coordination, and production assistance. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-in customers. Take customer orders and accurately enter information into our order management system. Track orders from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate with customers regarding quotes, artwork approvals, and order updates. Coordinate with our design and production teams to keep projects moving. Assist with managing customer online stores and order fulfillment. Maintain organized records, schedules, and customer information. Assist with production tasks as needed, including sorting, folding, packaging, and quality control. Help maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Comfortable using computers, email, and business software. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
