RN - OROperating Room Nurses Responsible for planning, executing, directing and evaluating, direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient. The nursing activities may include preoperative, intra-operative and postoperative evaluation. At the Customer's discretion, guaranteed hours may exclude holiday hours where the facility or department for Agency employee's regularly assigned shift is closed in observance of said holiday. Cancellation: If cancelled agreement occurs less than 14 days prior to start of assignment, fee of 12 hours x bill rate applies • If termed agreement occurs without 30 days' notice after start of assignment, fee of (3) twelve-hour shifts x current bill rate applies.
