General Sales Manager

A rapidly growing construction services organization is seeking an experienced Sales General Manager to lead business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.

This individual will play a key leadership role in expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and driving long-term commercial success across industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects.

The position is ideal for a high-performing, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in growth-oriented environments and has a strong track record of building client relationships and delivering measurable revenue results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Develop and execute long-term sales and market expansion strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify new project opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale construction sectors
Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to support project pursuits and client proposals

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the construction industry
Strong relationships within industrial, infrastructure, or civil construction markets
Proven ability to generate new business and expand client relationships
Experience developing and executing strategic sales initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a growth-focused environment
