Join Our Urology Team!

Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to become part of our newly formed Hospitalist and General Urology teams in Fort Wayne, Indiana .

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and personable, with a friendly and engaging attitude. Experience with robotic systems is advantageous. We welcome applications from both recent graduates and experienced physicians.

Urology Hospitalist Position Highlights:

Schedule:
- 24/7 General Urology hospitalist coverage
- In-house coverage from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Out-of-house emergency coverage from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Call: First calls and consults are managed by in-house APPs available 24/7.
Support: Excellent system and APP support.

General Urologist (Outpatient + OR) Position Highlights:

Schedule: Monday to Friday with a flexible scheduling model being developed, ensuring no weekends, holidays, or night shifts.
Call: First calls and consults are managed by in-house APPs available 24/7.
Support: Excellent system and APP support.

About the Team:

Our vibrant team of physicians and APPs primarily serves patients at our facility located on the north side of Fort Wayne, IN.

Clinical Environment:

Dedicated OR block time: Monday to Friday, Noon to 5:00 PM (3–5 add-on cases per day)
Strong APP support, including in-house overnight coverage
Utilization of Epic EMR
Collaborative team environment with 13 physicians and 9 APPs
Comprehensive range of advanced urologic services
